e-mail tags

I don't know how to explain this very well, but here goes.
I receive my e-mail's just fine. The problem is they have these little boxes
with red X in the middle. I have not been able to get it to go back to the
"pictures" that it should show. The "tag" still seems to work but is missing
the little picture that I am used to seeing. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate
and Microsoft Office 2007.

Update,
I did a quick test and found that if I copy the little box with the red x in
to a new mail message, the "picture" shows up. Just an FYI
PS - I also check my Avast spyware program to see if it was striping them out.

its probably the secure temp folder is full.
