e-mail start up

Jack Velanoff

When I open my e-mail the folders do not appear on the left side.I am only
in my in box folder. To get to sent, delete. etc, folders I have to use
control " Y" and then double click on folder I want. Please how do I make
the folders appear.

Perhaps you inadvertently hid the folder list.
Go to View, Layout, and make sure the Folder List box is checked.
