How can I view the size of each of my e-mails in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003? Do I have to open each one and check the properties from there? I want it to show up with the headers.

Right click the header bar (where the Subject, From, Received, etc labels
appear) and select Field Chooser. Select All Mail Fields from the drop-down
box. Now, scroll through the list and drag and drop the Size field on the
header bar.

In your inbox, right-click on the headers, and click on "Field Chooser"
From here you can add/delete fields you want to see. Scroll down an
drag "Size" onto your header bar where you would like it to be located
If you have anything showing up there you don't use, you can drag i
off the bottom of the header bar and it will disappear
