e-mail setup

I have a family of four. want to set up 4 e-mail
addresses on my system. a few problems exist.

1. when I try to send a message with a new e-mail
address am constantly asked for password even though I
checked off remember password.

2. I can send a message from one of the new e-mail
addresses but can not receive a message. The sending e-
mail address receives a fatal fault message, Permanent
failure 551 not our customer

3. Incoming mail is set up mail.comcast.net

outgoing mail is set up SMTP.comcast.net

POP 3

4. To go between addresses have to use file swith
Identity. Any way to have all four addreses usable
without going through this step

Any help appreciated

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
