I suscribe to Comcast. I cannot open my e-mail. I spoke
to customer service they told me is was a Micorsoft
problem.

I can get on the net I just can't read my e-mail

With Comcast, is your email stored on a server and read via imap/web or is
it popped into some email client (like Outlook Express) and you read it
there?

Essentially - how do you read your email in the first place?
