e-mail restriction

When CLICKING (After receiving e-mails with URL's high-lighted) a message
stating there are restrictions indicated and I should contact the
administrator.

I am the only user and the admin - how can I get past this error
message(occurs in every e-mail)

And BTW, it's a very good idea to quote the error message IN FULL, as it is
