E-mail recipient by first name

When I click "create mail"
Then click "to" - (recipient)
My contact list is by last name - comma - then first name
How do I change so it's First name - comma- then Last name ??

Click on the Name column header... it cycles thru 4 different sorts.

Click on the Name column header. Each click gives a different sort
order, for a total of four.
