e-mail program changes in Internet Options

The selected e-mail program changes in Control Panel|Internet
Options|Programs tab|Internet Programs. There are two users that use
seperate programs (Mozzila Thunderbird & Outlook) on the computer running
Windows XP Pro. I constantly have to go in to reconfigure mine back to
Outlook. It seems to revert back to Mozzila all the time. When I want to
send a link or page from within IE Mozzilla pops up as the default program.
How do I configure the setting so only Outlook stays the default program?

Set Program Access and Defaults : With SP2 update, the Start menu/All Programs/.. has an item for "Set Program Access and Defaults"
(at the top)
