Well, for months, I've been trying to join the Microsoft "partners"
program without success.
What happens is that I get to a screen that says:
********************
An authorization code has been sent to the following E-mail address:
(e-mail address removed)
Your company is: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The e-mail will also include a link to return to this authorization
page, where you may enter your code and confirm your registration. If
you have already received your authorization code, please enter it below:
********************
Only the E-Mail NEVER arrives. I've done this a half-dozen times, the
E-Mail is either not being sent or it's disappearing en-route.
Today I created a new .NET passport using a Yahoo.com E-Mail address and
finally completed the process (on the first try).
The question is, what's happening to the E-Mail?
The E-Mail address is correct.
I am using Outlook 2003 from Office 2003.
I have "Junk E-Mail" turned TOTALLY OFF (since Outlook was installed).
There are NO blocked senders in outlook.
I AM receiving various other E-Mail from the "Microsoft.com" domain
The ISP is Time-Warner Road Runner, and to the best of my knowledge,
they do not block ANY E-Mail from ANY senders.
Does anyone have any idea what is happening? I realize that this might
not be an Outlook problem.
