E-mail problem

When I try to send e-mail to someone it goes to my out box not to the
person am sending it to. This is very frustrating!!!! Please HELP!!! What is
the problem?

Shawn already responded to your issue, but I wanted to advise you
that the time stamp on your message is off by an hour, probably because
your PC's daylight saving time setting is incorrect.
