e mail password

hi my e mail will not send as it is asking for password
how do i solve this ,cant remember putting a password on
it

If it is asking for your SMTP server password, then you most likely did set
a password.
It is the password you setup on your email account, usually the same as your
ISP account unless you use an external email server.

Can you be more specific about what it is asking, wording, etc?
