e-mail nightmares

In regard to not being able to delete old e-mails or move between folders, I
went to a live Dell chat( i obviously have a dell computer)and they took
control of my laptop and installed a new problem which elliminated the
problems I was having.

What did you install?

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

It also works on other folders.
