e-mail, move to other's account

How can I move e-mail to anothers account?
Some of the work I do has been reassigned and it would be best if I could
move an e-mail folder and sub-folders to the new assignees account. I can
not find out how. Please help. Thanks!
 
Create a new PST and drag the folders to it. Transfer the PST to the other
person. The method chosen to accomplish this will depend upon the type of
environment you're in. If you're on a network, the administrator can complete
this part for you.

Depending upon the type of mail account, they can open it in Outlook (File >
Open) or add the PST to their profile. If the mail account is Exchange, they
can add the PST to their profile and use it that way or move the folders into
their Exchange mailbox.
