e mail messages sent multiple times in outlook 2007

I just upgraded from office 2003 to 2007. When I send an e mail message, it
is sent multiple times even though I press send only
once...............people are getting upset about the number of e mails that
they receive and my mailbox is full of these messages. I have current virus
protection..what is the problem?

Make sure you are NOT scanning mail with your antivirus program.

I have seen this if you use a pop3 and an exchange server account.
