E-Mail Merge with attachments, Outlook 2003 with Business Contact

I am attempting to send a mail merged, e mail with file attachments. I am
using Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. The data source was created
using Paradox 10. All aspects of the mail merge are fine. I am using MS Word
as my e mail editor. All of the fields of information from Paradox 10 go into
the body of the email without a problem. I am sending these emial using HTML
format. When I attach two files, the files get lost and do not go with the e
mail. The files are getting lost when I hit step number 6, using the merge
wizard. They are in the e mail, but don't make it to the MS Outlook, outbox.

How do I do this? Can I get a procedure for this task? Or is their a
location on the web or at a MS Knowledgebase for this?

Thanks!

Much to my embarrassment after sending my message the same way to a
group of people I found that Outlook 2003 removes the attachments on
sending! you need to use something like this to make it work:
