I am in the middle of setting up my Microsoft Works Contacts and e-mail
addressess, after setting them up, I tried to send out an e-mail however I
was asked to provide to provide an e-mail account, or a e-mail server POP3,
for incoming and for outgoing, however I don't know what they are talking
about. They said I could this information this way. Can you help me?

You either need to contact by telephone, or visit the company website that
you pay for internet access, and ask them.

Or tell us, and we might know or find the info for you.

We are not mind-readers.

Give us the bit after the @ in your email address.

Microsoft Works? How does that interface with email?

Who is your email service provider? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider.
