There is no real way to "configure" this -- if your Passport e-mail address is @hotmail.com
or @msn.com, then Windows Messenger 4.7 (with MSN Add-In) or MSN Messenger 5.x or 6.x will
open Hotmail, otherwise if you're using Windows Messenger 5.x, or a non-hotmail.com/msn.com
Passport, it will open your default mail client (ie. Outlook).
However, you could configure your default mail client to be Hotmail, and as such, Messenger
would open that. To do so, open up an Internet Explorer window, click the Tools menu, then
Internet Options, then Programs tab and changing the e-mail program under the E-mail heading
to 'Hotmail'.
