e-mail I want being sent to junk folder

I have been getting e-mails from people who are not blocked or filtered going
to my spam folder. These are from Yahoo or Hotmail accounts.
How can I get get these sent back to my incoming mailbox?

First, note that this is not a Windows question, and would probably get
better answers in a newsgroup devoted to whatever E-mail client you use.

Second, since you haven't told us what E-mail client you use, it's very hard
to answer a question like this, off-topic or not.

Depending on the Email client or Anti Spam software you have installed. you
can try the below tips:

1) Email Client : MS Outlook

Right click on the email you want, (not spam friends) and navigate your mouse down to Junk email > Add sender to safe sender's list

2) email client : Outlook Express

Tools > Message Rules > Block Senders list. and remove your friend's email address from the list.

3) Anti Spam Software

search inside the settings for your friend's email address and remove only from the block sender list or spammers list. And add to friends list or non spammers list.
