OK, but the OP says "in general", so it may
be a bit early to send him to a group for anything
in particular, such as Outlook Express. Agreed, it
would help if he said why he wants a general
newsgroup: my offhand impression is that he wants
to discuss and read about emailing, as distinct from
being about a program that does it.
