E-mail banner?

We have a HTML e-mail banner that we use for our signature. How do you
upload this onto Microsoft Outlook 2007?

What do you mean with "upload"? You can insert an image in your signature.

Hi

On Outlook Express, you go to Tools, Options, Compose and under there is a
Signature heading. I use upload the HTML document that was given to us by
our graphic designer. I do not see this on Microsoft Outlook 2007.
