e-mail as text

After installing the latest microsoft security fixes, my outlook e-mail now
appears as text instead of hmtl. How can I set outlook to automaticaly open
as HMTL documents.?

Secondly, the hyperlinks in mail now do not work, whether presented as text
or HMTL...any suggestions?
 
Appears where? in what version of Outlook? In the Junk E-mail folder in Outlook 2003 SP2? That's normal behavior.
