E-Mail Archive Problem

my email can not archive properly even though I have already set the default
to archive older than 6 month, in some folders messeges older than 6 months
still can not be automatically archived to the archive.pst.

can not find the answer from below links.
the only problem is some times it shows that the personal file did not shut
down properly and inspection for problem.

Another issue is i could not send the word file from open word file directly
(office 2007). Error show: "the messaging interface has returned an unknown
error. if the problem persists, restart outlook"

Checked the modified date on the messages that are not being archived? Are
these older than 6 months? If not; they won't be archived.

Has your exchange mailbox been migrated recently? Sometimes this can cause
the modify date to reset to the date you were migrated.

I have checked the modified date thru property, they are exactly older than 6
months.
The only change is recently I change to use office 2007 instead of 2003, and
I dont think this will affect this.
I remember that seems I have the same problem when using 2003 version.

No, the exchange mailbox has not been migrated recently.
The other syspotom is sometime when I re-start Outlook, it showed that your
pst file did not closed properly last time and check for error then. Not sure
whether this will affect the auto archive or not.

When I view the modified date by changing the current view, all those
un-archived items with NONE on modified date. I manually moved them to
Archive folder.
