E-mail Addresses

When sending an e-mail, when you start typing the contact
name it defaults to previously used e-mail addresses,
however, sometimes it doesn't bring up the most regularly
used one (which in this case is internal) any ideas why
not?
 
In Outlook 2000 and below, go to Tools/Services on the Addressing tab, look
to see what the default option is for "Show this address list first". If
you want items to show from your internal email addresses, choose Global
Address List other wise choose Outlook Address Book/Contacts.
