E-mail Accounts Order

I'd like to change the order in which my e-mail accounts appear in Outlook.
I've tried to do so through "Tools > E-mail accounts" by moving accounts up
and down in the list that all of the accouns appear, but this does not seem
to change anything. Please let me know how this can be accomplished.

After furious head scratching, Alex asked:

Because I have several e-mail accounts and I would like to be able to order
them so that the most relevant e-mail accounts are towards the top of my
screen.

So they are not POP accounts then?

Well you can't change that, because that is delivered to the personal Files
Inbox. I don't know whether you can change the order of the others.....
