You might also consider just going directly to the company's website and
searching their knowledge base for your error or contacting them directly
for support. They should have the best support information for
troubleshooting setup issues with their software.

website for updates to this program?
What is the exact text of the error message you are receiving?
Update WHAT???????? What are you and the program asking for? Have you
downloaded and installed ALL the Critical Updates from Windows Update?
