E:/ is not accessible incorrect function

Hi
I have a cdrw i can burn audio using itunes no problem.
But i want to burn video itunes does not do video and when i try to use real
player or windows media player i get a message that no disc is in my cdrw
when i have put one in.
When i try to open a blank cdr using my computer i get the message that E:/
is not accessible incorrect function.
Any ideas would br greatfully accepted and tried

or try this found on another forum..

Right-Click on the drive w/ the problem
Properties
Recording Tab
and then check the "Enable CD Recording On This Drive" box.
