Dynamic Link Library- Ordinal 4307 not found

How do I install or locate this ordinal 4307 file?
I have already reinstalled XP.
 
Usually DLL procedures have a name, however some libraries contain
procedures that have no name and are only known by their ordinal number.
What is the DLL in question?
 
The ordinal 4307 could not be located in the dynamic link library MFC71.dll
