I have this screen that pops up that I have no idea what it means

It says cc.App.exe - Ordinal not found

The ordinal 21 could not be located in the dynamic link library MAP|132.dll.

Whjat does it mean and how do I fix it, if I have to

Maybe a good time to uninstall Norton and get a free firewall and antivirus.
I was surprised to find that Norton seemed to uninstall without any problem.

Norton may have unistalled without problem, but it did not unistall cleanly.
Bet you still have dozens of files and folders associated with it, and
several hundred registry entries. (Bruce C. - I'm not recommending going
after them if they cause no problems, just stating a fact!)
