Well If you meant MAPI123.exe it is a Worm NAVIDAD.A, but you meant
MAPI32.exe then your Outlook is corrupt or running in compatibility mode?.

Then CC.App.exe not right to me to say it is Norton Process but if it is
like this ccApp.exe then it is Norton and Norton trying to tell you something
that there is a program not closing while all would like to shut up and have
a nap?.
Also it could be NIS need reinstall but be sure and scan in Safe Mode and
Normal Mode for Malwares and Virues from another Vendors to be sure NIS not
sleeping on a treasure of Infection!.

Run the LiveUpdate for NIS and Run disk Clean Up on your machine then Run a
Defrag. I found that clearing the Dust and Reset the Memory stick with run
defrag can get Rid of the error message for NIS if it is just NIS not
something else?.
