dwwin failure

I get a dwwin.exe failure when closing down. Is there a way to fix this
problem.

Disable Dr. Watson. Must be running in the background.

Will do and I hate to ask, but how do I disable Dr. Watson?
It would be much appreciated.

I found out how to remove Dr. Watson through a Goggle site. But, I'm still
getting the dwwin error.......................
