when trying to shut down theres an error that pops up and says there's a problem with dwwin.exe. comp will restart after displaying that error though

Hi,
When the crash occurs the OS launches dwwin.exe to report
the error.you need to figure out what application
is actually crashing.

To find out that:-

To view the event log: Administrative Tools/Event Viewer or
Start>Run>eventvwr>ok

I have the same issue, however I am unable to get into Windows! I a
able to run windows under Safe Mode. can I do these things under Saf
Mode command Prompt? When I get into the command prompt I get c:\WINI
can I then use regular dos commands to get into the directories I nee
to get into?
