When I turn off my computer I the following error message:
DWWIN.EXE - DLL Initialization failed.
The application failed to initialize because
the windows station is shutting down.

Does anyone have a clue as to what this means and how to
correct it?

You shut down windows before the system could send an error report to
Microsoft (or while it was being accomplished)!

Open the Event Viewer and look for any errors that are occurring which
correspond to the time of the shutdown.

Start/Run, type: eventvwr.msc press OK.

Click Applications and look for any red x messages. Double click the message
to view the details.

Let us know what you find.
