.DWT - How to Add Additional Shared Content to an Editable Region?

Well the subject pretty much sums up my issue. I have several pages attached
to a master .DWT file. I have created several editable regions so that I
could customize the content in those particular areas to match the webpage.
However, I now have additional content that I would like to share across all
of my pages that are attached to the master .DWT. The only problem is I would
like to place this additional content inside of a designated editable region
on the master .DWT and have it then filter down to all of the attached pages.
Is there anyway for me to accomplish this WITHOUT completely overwriting the
customized content that I already have inside of the editable region on all
of my webpages?

Put the new content in a new editble region, then update all pages.

Are you saying that I can place a new editable region inside of an existing
one and any content I put in that new editable region will filter down to
all attached pages?

Yes
Note:
If running the DWT under localhost or on a server w/ the FP SE, you can not run DWT automatic updates (the SE do not recognize the
newer DWT objects). You need to either:
- open all pages using the DWT and update each one separately
- publish to a disc based web (DBW), run your DWT auto update, and then publish back to the server

If running a DBW or under WSS, the new DWT object is recognized and you can run automatic updates

No, you would have to put the new editable region just above, below,
right, or left of the existing region. (Actualy, it could be anywhere,
except inside another editable region.)
