dvd's won't play

I recently upgraded to xp pro full from xp home. My dvd's
were playing fine until I upgraded. I've reinstalled my dvd
software, installed upgrades from the vendors, but nothing
seems to change. I've tried playing them in media player to
no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Do you get any error messages ? Please reply back with more information on
any errors / additionall information.

Hello

Well does your dvd software support Win XP and also
make sure that your have the correct video driver installed
and what message do you get when you try to play a dvd
