DVD's won't play after installing CDburnerXPpro

I installed CDburnerXPpro on 2 systems. Now neither can play DVDs of
any sort (burns or commercial). They could before installing CDBXP.

These are 2 different computers, one an IBM laptop, the other a Compaq
desktop. CDburnerXPpro "support" forum says "yeah you need to upgrade
your dvd drivers. Can't help you. It's not our software."

Anyone else have this problem?

Hi J. If your really stuck, uninstall it and do a sys restore to just befor
you installed it. Could be it overwrote a system\program file.

Sorry, should have mentioned. Windows 2000 Sp3. No system restore
avaiable.

Uninstall it. Then repair\reinstall your DVD software. Can`t think what else
to do.
