DVD's - NSTC to PAL

I have burned some great DVD's using 'Studio Verson 8'. I now want to send copies to relatives in the UK where the video format is PAL. Is there a way I can make copies of my NSTC format DVD's using the PAL format? All the images were taken in NSTC format.
