I just upgraded to Windows XP from Windows 98. I had to
purchase a new DVD Encoder which I installed. I am not
seeing any video but I am hearing music from the DVD. I
am receiving an error message that it could be a Video
Overlay Issue.

What can I do to fix this?

Reinstall the DVD Encoder software. Which DVD are you using? Is it a
film a music disc? Have you updated graphics card drivers?
