Not unless you have made a *lot* of other changes. See
www.aumha.org/win5/a/wpa.htm. Adding RAM changes one hardware category,
but adding a DVD as long as your previous CD drive is still around does
not. Even if you did have to reactivate it is not a major hassle - and
if it is more than 120 days since the last time (and you have SP1 giving
3 days of normal use) then it would go through on the net
