dvd wont play in dvd player

I made a really nice presentation of photos with windows movie maker using
audio and some effects- I saved and burned the project onto a dvd +R disk,
but when I wanted to play it on my dvd player-the player couldnt "read" it. I
then tried that same disk on my ps2 and two other dvd players only to get the
same results. The funny thing is the disk plays nicely on my pc. I tried
burning a second time paying close attention to different options I may have
overlooked the first time-but no I didnt manage to find anything to help me
alleviate the "no read" problem

Read the manual for the DVD player and see if it accepts DVD+R. Some players
won't, especially the older players. A more compatible choice would be
DVD-R.

Are you creating your DVD with the .mswmm
project file (which will not work) or did you save
the file as a .wmv or .avi movie file?

Do you have DVD authoring software?
