dvd-stopped functionning

my dvd runner (incorporated toshiba) has been working normally and than just
stopped working for childrens playing-cds but music and films was ok. now
nothing opens? the computor idicates that nothing is wrong but it still
doesn't work. what to do?

Hi,

Try a CD lens cleaner first. It may simply be that the lens is clogged. You
can commonly find these cheap disks at any store that sells CD or DVD's.
