DVD Rom has disabled after installing new mouse and windows will not allow me
to enable

I did not know if this was connected or not,,,but anyway have replaced old
mouse,,windows will still not let me enable dvd rom,,do you have any ideas,,

Windows was not able to enable this device (code 22)

Will just maybe you can tell use what make/model mouse you installed and
what software and version of that software? Hope its not
tooooooooooooooooooo much to ask.

Uninstall the drive in device manager and reboot.
