DVD-ROM and CD-ReWriter Problems

I am having a problem with both of my cd drives I have a
DVD player and a CD burner and it seems like my computer
is just not recognizing the drives I go to my computer
and they are not there. Both the dvd and cd burner have
power and open and close but when u put a cd in them they
just act like they are working and just stop. I know the
drives are in perfect condition so it cant be them. I
need some help bad lol I have a brand new cd burner and i
cant use it and i cant use my cdrom now either.

Your not using the acer aspire g600p by any change are you
if you are could you send any info you get on sorting the
problem.


If your not using the acer aspire g600p try going to the
manufacturers website and check for updated drivers or
programmes that will sort your problem
