dvd region has killed my computer

i live in the uk and got an american region dvd so i
decided to change my region and now i cant change it back
i cant load any disc from uk or watch dvd i cant find a
download file im using my friends computer so i need it on
a floppy disk file

Download the program "AnyDVD" from www.slysoft.com and you will be able to
switch regions without problems.
