DVD reader.

Installed a new DVD RW today,
Attempted to play my drumming DVD,
it apparently does not work with the generic software
and needs software to play.
VCD and music works fine

Any suggestions for software please?

Caveat: poster more at home with Meccano.

Just Google for Alternative Real Player or Gom Player. Both are freeware.
