DvD Player Picture Taker?

Is there such a free dvd player program that will let you pause picture at
a certain part of the movie that you like and take and make a still picture
,like jpg,bmp. Thank You for posting.I have Win 98 second edition.

Media player classic can do that

if your os windows xp then youn dont need a program,play the dvd,when you get
to point that you want to capture,press "print screen" on the keyboard,then
open mspaint,go to the top and click "edit",then click "paste', now go to top
and click"File",now click"save as"
