DVD Player on PC

Hiya

I would like to know in people's opinions what the best freeware is for
playing DVD's on your PC. I'd like one that has subtitle and volume control.

Media Player Classic. It works better with external MPEG2 decoder, so you
will also need Coda codec pack.

I agree and this is the setup I now use on my computer. It's very stable
and never locks up. However, the one caveat is that Kaspen should
familiarize him(her?) self with the full screen mode (Alt+Return) as
well as the various settings under "View", "Options". Also, the right
click (on the movie image itself.)
