dvd maker and dvd wirter not found

i can burn dvd witn ashampoo burning studion but if i try to burn a video
with ms dvd maker, the software cant find my gsa-4167b dvdram. Any
suggestion?

Try following the directions in this MSKB. If you see any filter value at
any location, delete it.
