DVD Image?

I need to make a DVD sized image.
This cannot be done as there is a limitation in HD2ISO.
Now, can anybody tell me how to expand the iso size?

I already know the "Use Nero to Add Files" method, but I need the space
to install PROGRAMS, which makes changes to the registry, so I cannot
just junk it there in the folder "Program Files". Can anybody help?

You will create ISO image directly from Nero, it does not need of usage of
hd2iso. This same method can be used on DVDs.
