Problems with VM-Ware

Hallo,
I'm trying to build my first windows embedded image.

I use VM Ware 5.X to test it, but on the first start the starting process
stops with exception 0x7B, which is a missing storage driver or something
like this...

Can anybody help me? I tried it with the TAP.exe on a different VM, but no
effect.

may be it is a problem with my deploying process?
1. Building
2. Copying from RelDir on a SDI drive
3. Run Hd2Iso to build an iso file.
4. Mount Iso file in the VM
5. Boot using the mounted image

I have seen XPE run on VMware without ant trouble, but the deployment method
you have is a bit different. Here is an alternative:

1. Create a XP Pro VM
2. Create a second XPe Target VM and mount the hard drive as a second drive
to the XP Pro VM
3. Use the XP Pro VM to copy the XPe image to the second hard drive, which
is the XPe Target drive.
4. Shutdown XP Pro VM and launch XPe VM.
