dvd getting hot

i just bought a new hp pavilion524w, that has acd-
writer/dvd player. when i watch a movie and when its
over and i take it out its hot. does it suppose to get
hot. i love my computer and don,t want to hurt it so
please let me know soon

Warm is not unusual, hot is not good. Since it's new, call for warranty
